The Main Forms you will need in the court Process for Child Arrangements

 

There are many different types of court application forms you can use to apply for many different things during the court process of child arrangements. We have only listed the most commonly used ones. Initial Application form to start court proceedings for child arrangements or resolve a dispute about their upbringing.

Form to provide supplemental information when making or responding to allegations of harm and domestic violence.

Apply to keep your contact details confidential in family proceedings.

Form C7

Respond to a court application about a child.

Form C2

Form used to ask permission to start proceedings where permission is required. Ask to join or leave existing proceedings. Request an order or directions within existing proceedings relating to children.

Form C1

Apply to the court for other orders under the Childs Act 1989, except a care and supervision order, a section 8 order, and an enforcement of a child arrangements order.

Ask the court to order someone to give information about where a child is.

Application for a court order authorising search for, taking charge of, and delivery of a child.

Application for attachment of a warning notice to a child arrangements order.

Apply to the court -
1) To enforce an existing child arrangements order.
2) To amend, extend or set aside an existing enforcement order.
3) For compensation of financial loss if an existing child arrangements order is not being complied with.
