Forced Marriage Protection
There are 6 forms you may need with regards to a forced marriage protection order (FMPO). They are –
Box 1 – Form Fl401A is the application form used to apply for a forced marriage protection order (FMPO).
Box 2 – Form FL430 is the application form used to ask permission to apply for a forced marriage protection order (FMPO) if you are not the person to be protected or a relevant third party. Form Fl430 will be sent alongside form FL401A to the family court.
Box 3 – Form D89 is the form used to request for personal service by a court bailiff. You are asking a court bailiff to serve (give) your application/court papers to the other party/respondent.
Box 4 – Form FL415 is the statement of service form that informs the court how, when and where someone was served (given) court papers.
Box 5 – Form FL403A is the application form used to vary, extend or discharge a forced marriage protection order (FMPO).
Box 6 – Form FL407A is the application form used to apply to the family court for an arrest warrant when there is a breach of a forced marriage protection order (FMPO).
