One of the best ways to wind down and relax is to make yourself a cup of herbal tea. A warming tasty drink that will leave your body feeling calm, collected and soothed. 

Herbal teas are also known to help with a variety of other health issues, relieving both your mind and body. If you want to get a better night’s sleep, clearer skin, a healthier gut, or any other benefits, then herbal teas are a great place to start.

There are many types of beautifully packaged herbal teas in the supermarket aisle to choose from. You can buy them in tea bags or as loose leaves. Just simply add hot water.
