I can genuinely say as a child of litigation abuse that the effects are abysmal. It’s disgraceful what people can get away with using these courts. Why the hell are they allowing it? Do they not see the human realities of all this? People get effected. Children get hurt. All this for what? A vengeance plot? And the courts are more than happy to overlook continuous disasters and unfairness.
