I read an article on here about getting better sleep and thought I'd share my favourite hot chocolate recipe that I drink before bed (a bit more often than I should 🤣)
1. Add a full glass of milk into a pan and heat it up.
2. Add two heaped tablespoons of chocolate powder (any chocolate powder works but I find Galaxy the best!)
3. Pour in one teaspoon of salted caramel flavouring/syrup/sauce.
4. Add half a teaspoon of corn starch - I know it sounds strange but it makes the hot chocolate thicker and dreamier!
