  • Form CS is 1 page long.
  • Part 1 on the form will ask you to write down the form number you are continuing from and the title number of your property.
  • You can continue and finish your answer(s) here in the big box. Please write down the panel or part number whose answer you are continuing writing. 
  • As a member of the public you must send your completed form TR1, HR1, HR2 or HR4 with form CS to HM Land Registry Citizen Centre, PO Box 74, Gloucester, GL14 9BB.
