4) Avocado oil is rich in oleic acid which is a monounsaturated fat therefore avocado oil is good for the heart.

5) Avocado oil has natural SPF properties in the range of 4-15 SPF.

6) Avocado oil is effective in fighting the appearance of wrinkles and lines. It is also great for helping ward off premature ageing.

7) Avocado oil is excellent for stretch marks because it is rich in antioxidants.

8) It also helps to heal dry and damaged skin. Avocado oil has a hydrating effect on the skin. 

9) For soft skin you can add a few drops of avocado oil to your usual moisturiser and then massage it all over your body after a shower.

10) You can also add a few drops to your bath water to moisturise your skin.
