Quietly telling yourself lovely things is considered a wonderful way to be kind to yourself. Your mind is listening and if it hears lovely things from you alot then your mind will start to manifest these things.
When you wake up and open your eyes, stretch, breathe and allow yourself to gently prepare yourself to get out of bed. This is the best time to fill your head with lovely kind words, descriptions about yourself and warm statements that will help your health and wellbeing.
