10 Things To Tell Yourself As You Fall Asleep

Quietly telling yourself lovely things is considered a wonderful way to be kind to yourself. Your mind is listening and if it hears lovely things from you alot then your mind will start to manifest these things.

Bed time, also known as pre-sleep time is a great time to fill your head with lovely kind words, descriptions about yourself and warm statements that will help your health, sleep and wellbeing.

Here at our I AM L.I.P offices we asked everybody what they would tell themselves as they lay in bed just before falling asleep. Here goes…

1) I am going to sleep peacefully and get a good night’s rest.

2) I love my bed

3) I am not worrying about anything tonight

4) I love sleeping

5) My dreams are full of happy things

6) I am calm and worry free

7) I am relaxed

8) My body feels good

9) I am ready to rest and sleep

10) Great things arrive after a good night’s sleep
